CSIS defines disinformation and fake news (Pt.1)
When looking for information on censorship in Canada, I stumbled across this document. CSIS has put together a report on disinformation, fake news, and how to address the problem.
Within it, they identify who they see as disinformation agents, both foreign and domestic. But there is a big problem with their assessment. Some of whom they chose to list are not publishing disinformation at all, and in this video we show why their assessment is flawed.
