MONTEZUMA, Iowa —Reports have come in regarding the killer of Mollie Tibbetts, the college student who disappeared last July while out for a jog. The killer, Cristhian Bahena Rivera, was here illegally. Obama's "catch and release" program is to blame, experts say. Where is the media outrage?
According to Fox News, a man from Mexico living in the U.S. illegally has confessed to kidnapping college student Mollie Tibbetts while she was running in her small Iowa hometown, killing her and dumping her body in a cornfield, authorities said Tuesday.
The main question is this: "why was this illegal alien here in the first place?" The left could care less that the man that murdered her, was not supposed to be here. They advocate that he had a "right" to be here. No one has a right to be here, except for American citizens.
The killer, Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Tibbetts, whose July 18 disappearance set off a massive search involving state and federal authorities. The victim, Mollie Tibbetts, was the typical college girl. She had a loving family and was out for a jog when Rivera jumped out and kidnapped the student.

❝He actually tells us that he ran alongside of her or behind her. And then at one point, he tells us that Mollie grabbed ahold of her phone and says 'you need to leave me alone, I'm gonna call the police,’” special agent Rick Rahn, the lead investigator in the case, said of the interview. “And then she took off running, he, in turn, chased her down. And then he tells us that at some point in time he blacks out and then he comes to near an intersection in which we believe he then placed Mollie.❞
Conveniently, he claims to have blacked out after chasing the girl down. This is just as convenient as the "insanity plea." The illegal then abducted her and murdered her; in cold blood. He literally stalked her like a wild animal.
The point to all of this? He shouldn't have even been in the United States at all. But because of "loopholes" that the Obama administration created, he was here. There are no reports of any contribution that he has made to society. Yet, he was allowed to remain, resulting in the premature death of a small town college girl. Do the Democrats have no shame?
When investigators arrested Rivera, Rivera led them early Tuesday to a body believed to be Tibbetts in a cornfield about 12 miles (19 kilometers) southeast of Brooklyn, Iowa, where Tibbetts was last seen running, Division of Criminal Investigation special agent Rick Rahn said.
