Rashed arrested leader of the Kota reform movement
Police arrested Rashed Khan, joint convener of the General Student Rights Protection Council for demanding quota reforms. The Dhaka Metropolitan Police's Detective Branch (DB) arrested him from a relative's house in the capital's Vaishnatek area on Wednesday noon.
