Paris St Germain goalkeeper Sergio Rico is in intensive care after a horse-riding accident, the club announced on Sunday.

The Ligue 1 champions have confirmed a report in Spanish media that PSG's second goalkeeper Rico is in intensive care at the Virgen del Rocio Hospital in Seville.

29-year-old Spaniard Rico joined PSG in 2020 after a season-long loan at the capital club.
