You cannot test Iq because nobody knows how to define it.

For example some smart ass will now say "But it's intelligence duh!". Ok what is intelligence?
If we send 5 guys to a math test #1is a mathematician, #2 a taxi driver, #3 a gymnist, #4a gardener and #5 is a cook. It would be surprising if anybody could beat the mathematician but does that mean the mathematician is the smartest?no. It just means that he is a studied mathematician, I bet you if he was challenged to do a gymnist flip he would break his ass and the gymnist would do it without a sweat. If we send 3 creatures into the wild #1human, #2 a cat and #3 a chimpanzee I guarantee you the cat and chimpanzee will survive. That human will first miss his internet, then food, then a roof over his head. Does that mean the human is dumber than the cat and the monkey?

So I say we cannot test Iq because we do not know how to define it.

This constant Iq talk raises questions, eg so you think "low Iq people" don't have rights?
They shouldn't exist?
They shouldn't have their own country?

How also do you explain some phenominally intelligent people that exist in every group, luck? Coincidence? Interbreeding?
Also aren't the leaders of most of these failed countries learned people who went to some of the best universities and as such would be highly intelligent. And what about corruption, nepotism, party political games, foreign meddling etc.
There are so many interesting factors that can explain why some countries fail and others don't without going into uncertain territory.
