SOUTH CAROLINA PASSES BILL TO CARRY WEAPONS WITHOUT A PERMIT.
Columbia S.C- The house of Representatives passed a bill on Wednesday that would allow citizens to carry weapons concealed or unconcealed, for many years it was argued that the ability of the regular population to carry weapons would be a huge deterrent to crime. South Carolina - is not the first state to pass such a law Texas has similar laws and they have shown to lower crime rates.
