Crowd Associated with City, Dani Alves Just Dashed to PSG

Paris - Dani Alves does not seem to be reuniting with Josep Guardiola at Manchester City. Brazilian wing defender is actually rumored to be joining Paris St. Germain.

Dani Alves was without club after terminating his contract with Juventus, not long ago. At that time, former Sevilla and Barcelona players were tightly linked with a move to City.

Guardiola needed Alves after releasing Pablo Zabaleta, Gael Clichy, and Bacary Sagna. Alves became the priority of the Citizens because of his experience, and his performance is still consistent despite being 34 years old.

However, in the last few days rumors are developing call Alves instead of going to Manchester but Paris. European media such as the Guardian, Telegraph, ESPN, reported that Alves finally accepted the proposal of PSG, which offered a higher salary than City.

Alves has also landed in Paris on Tuesday (11/7/2017) and underwent a medical test at the Hospital in Neuilly-sur-Seine and will sign a contract for two years. Meanwhile, PSG itself will hold a press conference that is believed to announce Alves's transfer on Wednesday (12/7).

Thus, City must divert its shot to other players. Guardiola is believed to be monitoring the situation of Tottenham Hotspur winger Kyle Walker.
