Unless there is a way to embed the content in the actual blockchain then the content can be censored. Minds.com stores posts in a apache cassendra database. Data can be filtered or deleted in this type of DB just like any other DB. A simple FBI visit to the DB administrator and creator of the site accomplishes this easily.
The best thing I have seen for immutable data content is memo.cash where posts are embedded in the bitcoin cash blockchain and can never be removed or altered.
