Facebook has expanded its ability to apply jobs directly on its interface

To help local business hire the best people

It was rolled first in Canada and USA in 2017

the job application feature is available in 40 nations

however its not clear which 40 nations its avalible

"Local businesses strengthen our communities and create more than 60 per cent of new jobs. We want to help people find those jobs and help local businesses hire the right people," Alex Himel, Vice President of Local at Facebook, said in a blog post

Since introducing job postings on Facebook in the US and Canada, we've built new features for businesses like the ability to create job posts on mobile, manage applications, and schedule interviews," Himel said.

Seekers can set alerts and get notifications

and can create and edit applications before sending

and you can contact directly to employer through messenger on application is submitted

This is a good news for job seekers , it is gonna connect lot of job seekers to employeers
