How does the UN even have any power over Sovereign nations? Is that the purpose of the Trilateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations? It baffles me why anyone awake would have anything to do with crypto currencies. You are feeding into what they want, a cashless society. Don't do what they say, they turn off your chip and all your fake money disappears. What ever happened to "If you don't hold it, you don't own it"?
