About tolerance in Russia...
In Ekaterinburg the police took for checking the posters from the children’s school contest that was timed to the Day for Tolerance.
17 students aged 11-17 years took part in the contest called «The Tolerant World». There were rainbows in 10 posters, the drawing with a couple of women, a couple of men, a man and a woman was signed «We can’t choose our appearance, orientation, race. We are all unique».
The local Department of Education inspected the situation. The officials say that the contest promoted universal human values such as friendship, tolerance, mutual understanding but not non-traditional values. However, the teacher that organized the contest was sensitized. The policemen questioned the director of the school and seized the posters. Criminal proceedings can be initiated after the inspection😟.
