In the case of fodder scam, the former cm of bihar might have come out of jail on 10 may. lalu was able to get a praposal bell, his elder son tearpratap 's marriage. after that lalu became worse. he sought to raise the time of bail from the court for treatment. the court accepted his appeal. given the time to surrender by 27th august. lalu went to mumbai for treatment he filed a period of three months in the court and filed a petition. but the court rejected the petition. lalu was ordered to surrender to the cbi court on 30 august instead of 27. around 110 days on august 30, lalu soon returned to jail.
