OMG! The Steemit branded film I posted yesterday has had 30,000 views!

After Bali's volcano erupted a 2nd time I quickly put together this short film with the only decent drone footage I could find, made by Magma Indonesia.

I added a few images too and a little bit of Steemit branding. Can't believe so many people have watched it since yesterday morning!!!

Am guessing there is a little trend going on right now of people looking for exploding volcano footage and it just so happens I know all the best Indonesian sites to find this. I also have friends with photos never before seen online.

Perhaps it is time to cut together the dramatic film everyone is looking for and double the size of our beloved Steemit logo branding!

The above image is shot from South of the volcano and as you can see the wind direction is still good, taking the ash cloud out to sea avoiding the majority of the people.

What does it look like from Ubud 40k away?

Yesterday morning, around 12 hours after the 2nd, more violent eruption I was able to capture these HDR shots from our home at sunrise.

See that strange cloud lit by the colour of the morning sun? I do believe this is the ash cloud growing up into the sky. Now at a height of almost 4000m.

Today @chron and I will be cashing out what we can from the @charitysteemit account and buying the promised solar panels for the many evacuees living without power in poorly equipped emergency camps.
