Life-changing Sundaya solar products will soon be available to buy with SBD!
It is my intention this week to complete a very important stop-motion time-lapse film for Sundaya showing how their JouleBox kit all fits together. It is a potentially dull subject to demonstrate, which is why I went for stop-motion photography.
The 'What's in the Box' series
I like the idea of showing exactly what is in the box, so that you can see clearly what you are buying and how it works. Each product will jump out of its box and demonstrate what it does in a fun, fast and quirky manner. Hopefully this will keep it both watchable and informational.
Here is my first attempt at this stop-motion style for their JouleStick model. Which by the way is only $30!
I am now involved in the sale of these amazing products so I will soon be making them all available in the @steemshop account in order that you can buy them with SBD. They can be delivered anywhere in the world.
The above film is actually not finished and was just a demo for the company to show them what I intent to do with all their products. But they loved it so much they put it on youtube anyway :)
In version 2 of this film I will demonstrate more clearly how the lamp can also be a torch and show the light coming on too. I feel like this is an important aspect currently missing from version 1.
I have also started work on a second stop-motion film, this time looking at the much more complex JouleBox kit.
There is a four page script for this film as to demonstrate functionality using stop-motion is no easy task. It all has to be carefully choreographed first.

Why do I love this kind of project so much?
Mostly because I believe it will improve the lives of others. But also because I get to make my beloved time-lapse! Those of you who have been following me for some time will know that I am obsessed with time-lapse and am always looking to push the boundaries in this field.

As you can see, I LOVE time-lapse a lot! And of course my latest toy, the DJI Inspire 1 drone.
It is my hope that I can now use these skills I have picked up over the years to (literally) bring light to those who live in darkness :)

And thats what Im trying to say:). We have the resources needed to distribute the products from household towards huge companies in my place. Is it possible to own distributorship of that product for the whole Philippines?
I am not 100% sure about the answer to this question but will get back to you today with an answer. I suspect that the system wouldn't permit one person to monopolise an entire region. Your profits will be maximised if you find buyers who will take large quantities of stock and re-sell across your region for you. Then you are not dealing with the end customers (who usually have very little money) but the companies who can afford to take big orders from you, doing the hard work for you....distributing to the people.
There are even situations where the government will step in and buy a bunch of them from you. Or at least give grants. I will find out as much as I can before getting back to you. This company is being completely re-branded currently and with this re-branding has come this new system, and there is much to learn about how to make the most of your position as an energy guru.
Awake already :) I dont intend to distribute the product physically, its about taking control in the region. Every orders will be directed to the company whom I will be presenting.

I have an OpenBazaar store that sells comics, I would love to be in the energy business but it doesn't seem financially realistic at the momenet. Maybe set up reselling or dropshipping programs?

I believe you can join the energy business right here right now for much less of an investment than you might imagine. The JouleStick product is just $20. And that's retail price. But yes, it would be worth your while finding companies who would take large orders off you to re-sell. I will get you more info on all this as soon as I have it :)

That first solar flash light you show in this post I actually have one very similar. It's awesome, charges quickly. I use it when I go to the beach cause it has USB connector so i can put in some computer speakers and play music louder, or keep a phone charged up.
Buying and Selling solar powered gadgets and easy to use stuff brought me to China 5 years ago. I went to trade shows and mingled with manufacturers. I was planing on staying here for year and just networking the best deals possible. However, I got hooked on this country and stayed and changed my path. Changed it several times but I'm still all up in the solar powered world.
If you ever need a link in China send me a sign. ^^ It's been a couple years since I last did business with them but I still get, oddly enough, Christmas emails. lol
I would imagine that china have an equivalent product, though most likely cheaper and less efficient. So I wonder if they would be interested in this? The efficiency of Sundaya products is outstanding and they run for over 25 years.
Am starting to collect a team of 'energy gurus' here on Steemit who I believe will be able to assist me with the sale of these products around the world. We have just designed a travel bag presentation kit which I will be photographing tomorrow. Perfect for trade shows.

Haha, Cheaper for sure, but in my experience just as efficient. I have at a bunch of solar gear sitting in boxes in my apartment cause sending by mail home would literally double the price, and I can't compete with the online challenge. ><
