Didn't Microsoft had the security patch recently? Did these companies even bother of updating their software?

Man someone should sue the CIA for creating this whole.mess. We should also be bracing for another attacks for the hackers involved will be selling vulnerabilities made by the CIA. Man if only the government would stop try to back everyone.
