What happent with the water? Because of earthquek?.. In my country (indonesia) after a big tsunami in aceh, if water of the ocean is gone we must run into higher land for anticipation from tsunami
They could be in the eye of the storm and all of the water is being pushed out to sea or maybe they live in a bay and a new massive sandbar is blocking the bay now.

@rossao you mean the ocean dried up? It appears super LOW TIDE to me as shown int he video
