Justin Gabriel Cruz Seeking Whistleblower Status - FBI, DoJ, InfraGard, Telecomm Corruption

My full name is Justin Gabriel Cruz. My Date of Birth is July 9, 1974. I am seeking whistleblower status so that I can present what I know to the proper authorities. The relationships I have directly with high ranking law enforcement have disregarded the evidence I've provided. Because this doesn't make any sense to me logically, I had to come to certain, very difficult and personal conclusions.

Some people very close to me, have direct relationships with the Department of Justice and Department of Energy. I have presented my concerns to these people at various times about corruption and was largely dismissed or provided with no response. That doesn't add up, logically, because I have very good circumstantial evidence (involving Ciphers and Cryptography) that ties directly to very specific people involved in the corruption.

After researching these issues involving the "Deep State" heavily for the last year and with all the new information I've received, it's hard to continue accepting the excuses and reasons behind certain relationships and behaviors near me.

Because of my technical experience (over 20 years in Wireless Telecommunications Engineering/Technical Design/Optimization), I can decipher many things that are going on that very few people have the inside knowledge to do. Because of this, it's easy for a small number of influential (intelligent) people to drown out my voice.

I am not trying to pull punches here. There is an underlying Child Trafficking and Human Trafficking network that you can connect to these activities. They are capable of creating 'silence and complacency' by exploiting a small of number of corporate and intelligence/governmental relationships. I am trying to be responsible to the best of my ability without compromising anyone. My intentions are good. I need help from a responsible party to get this data in front of the proper authorities, who WON'T BURY IT or COVER IT UP. I can't rely on anyone, within my bloodline, to take on that responsibility. I have asked and they have flatly told me they won't accept it or listen to what I have to say.

I have to ask why at this phase. I need help from the outside to make that determination, both for the sake of their integrity (as being potentially connected, knowingly or unknowingly) and for the sake of those who are being targeted unfairly. We don't have time to waste. We need to clear this up.
