Hello-- I have been covering the crimes of Surveillance Abuse and Non-Consensual Military Experimentation with EMF/Neuro DEWs for over four years now. These are crimes organized and committed by the Military Industrial Intelligence Complex, a well-padded network which runs Psy Warfare and Information Warfare on the public using mainstream media, so-called "journalists" and cyber-commenters, trolls, and slanderers on listservs, online forums, TV shows, news sites to put about Disinformation, Deception, and Cover-Up Lies to prevent scrutiny of the Crimes Against Humanity they are committing. One of the most essential Psy Op Tricks being used by this coterie is to name all reporting victims "paranoid delusional schizophrenics" and to project the impression of studied intellectual analysis via recourse to "Mental Health/Psychiatry Experts". Keep in mind that Psychiatrists and Psychologists have helped develop the programs of COINTELPRO, Psy Warfare being used on targets. It appears from the article link you have posted that @kafkaanarchy84 is one among many of these Disinfo Psy Warfare/Info Warfare agents working to muddy the waters for anyone new to the subject. I highly recommend that you view the videos and read the articles I have published over the years, including the witness of CIA, FBI, and NSA whistleblowers. Then embark on your own research--there is enough information on this subject to sink the Titanic on the Web--and write up some short concise summaries of your own for yourself if you personally find that helpful. It is both disingenuous, audacious, and Disinfo-signaling to demand that a journalist cater to your needs for "short, concise, independently-verifiable info": this too reads like Psy Warfare and Info Warfare. There is plenty of information that can be independently verified on this subject, but you will have to do the research. Finally: these are not "belief systems." I trade in facts as a journalist, and publish authentic reportage--explore my work first, before you make comments like "You take this for real."

He definitely isn't (voluntaryist in one word to give a glance of disprove). To judge, from one impression of one article, that someone is a governmental agent or disinfo agent is disingenous.
As what you have described above, it would be probable to assume that these ideas (the researchers and victims are paranoids) would have spread to some degree in the general public and thus a way of showing that oneself is not paranoid, it would be decent evidence to assume that someone is just a normal misinformed person, not a disinfo/psyop agent.
