Very interesting timing. Am wondering if this is the same trend that has been used by Russia and China for their financial rollouts in recent years. Is being adopted in the states.. Basically they make an announcement, they give 2 years to implement, then they then make another announcement at the end of two years that the implementation and integration into the new system is complete. The caveat on this is that when they do the initial announcement, all the testing and development has already been completed.. Which means there are a lot of implications on whats going on behind the scenes at the FED level of the dance..
So a couple notes in this,, Arizona had some interesting laws that in a lot of ways keep it separate form the federal government.. Much like under the radar Nevada in a lot of ways is a separate nation. That if your looking to have offshore banking and accounts,, you go to Nevada.
..
AZ recently passed a law to allow gold, silver, ect as legal tender.

There is also that brand new shiny Smart city that is being put together by Bill Gates, about 45 miles out side of Phoenix, AZ. (curious if this a knockoff attempt to create a version of Astana, Kazakhstan).
