I think on diplomatic standards Obama was weak. This gave countries like Russia and N Korea a opportunity to run rough and they did. They took advantage of the "being political correct and polite" politics during those years.
It is a well established fact that Russia is infamous for using chemicals for varying reason, on this one though I guess the hand of time will tell.

Dan, this is exactly what I was thinking with this whole affair. It was way to obvious and implies that the Russians are somewhat stupid to kill an old double agent in the midst of Russian elections just to play into the Wests aggressive agenda towards their nation. I think they are getting sloppy these days and deliver one false flag after another that is just not believable anymore.
