I just found this out from an article published by CNBC about an hour ago that can be found HERE
I wanted to know a little more than what was offered in the previous source so I found an article that had a quote from South Korea's Financial Regulator. That article can be found HERE
It seemed a bit mysterious to me that non of the articles I can find state who the financial regulator of South Korea is so I googled it and according to wikipedia, It is "Financial Services Commission" meaning multiple people. Here is the wiki LINK for that.
