The Antares rocket will carry Orbital ATK’s Cygnus spacecraft with more than 7,000 pounds of food, clothing and experiments on the CRS-8 mission to the International Space Station.
The launch may be visible, weather permitting, to residents throughout the east coast of the United States.
Public viewing of the launch will be available at the NASA Visitor Center at Wallops and the surrounding area. Visitors are reminded that alcohol and pets are not allowed on the Visitor Center grounds.

@nkkb Exciting work on NASA. Well just to share my thoughts. NASA did not land any men on the moon, never did. How can that be ? First of all the Van Allen belt (fermament) is impenetrable and apparently space missions only got up to the inner space . They are still trying hard to go beyond the fermement into outer space. Countless nucleic bombardment agaist the fermmament but to no avail so far. What we see are CGI's photoshops of moon and space rockets and stages like hollywood studios somewhere on earth. based on research on this , it is diputable scientifically, politically and economically.

Everything having to do with the NASA is very interesting but I want to look at it more...¨)
We keep launching rockets and hopefully those projects are going to result in a great discovery ( something such as life on another planet ) . Technology advances are happening fast so I think we might have a chance in finding life on some other planets as well at some point.
