What is going to course a post apocalyptic type scenario? (Fear porn) I came up with 4 scenario's

Zombie Outbreak
Plague
How far will you be able to walk if you have to walk home or 100s of miles? I bought a mountain bike, all round camping equipment, life straw etc
Do you think having a plan is sensible or being over the top be paranoid? We live in a scary world but most of my friends know something is not quite right but trying to talk about this to them is impossible all my friends are probably more like sheep and still have not awoken yet! Then I got to thinking if anything was to happen these people will be the most dangerous has they will become desperate and confused.
