Cynthia left California for Seattle hoping to escape her abusers. It
wasn't until the night of her arrival that she was (again) attacked with what she believed was Directed Energy Weapons, based on personal effects that were melted.
After approx. 3 months, Cynthia was forced to return to California.
At timecode 2:13, Cynthia provides her testimony after nearly driving non stop from Seattle to California. She was exhausted after returning and felt the urge to create a video to send to her sister in the event of her untimely death. Her lack of attention is attributed to fearing for her life. After all, her abusers did follow Cynthia over 1K miles to Seattle in order to #torture her.

Cynthia is convinced that her brain was hacked. That she is tethered to a computer (Brain to computer Interface) because she can hear a steady stream of high pitched tones 24/7. She can feel technology moving inside of her head. The military industrial medical complex has been in possession of such technologies for years. Currently, the public sector is catching up. Cynthia Green is being attacked with Directed Energy Weapons. She continues to be tortured without due process. She is not alone.
