TWO 13TH AMENDMENTS? shared by Clifford Gooden -

18 years ago when I started studying law while incarcerated, I gained an interest with my first encounter with a mock petition designed to challenge the United States government for the fraudulent repeal of the original 13th amendment which was titled "title of nobility". The original 13th amendment stated:

If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." [Emphasis added.}

The original proposed 13th amendment was designed to prevent noble titles like, for example, squire and esquire which is the Knight and armor in foreign European countries (British) among other titles. i.e., king, queen, etc., From being elected into office and would deny citizenship to anyone who violated its principles. The idea was to create independence from foreign powers and enforce sovereignty.

Today Lawyers in America use the title esq in their letter head denoting the foreign Knight and its armor as practiced in the United Kingdom; A noble title indeed.

Today, We are occupied with foreign authority in government which threatens our Sovereignty in America. Arnold Schwarzenegger for example who is former California governor is actually from Austria, a country in Europe.

The title of nobility or original 13th amendment would have been an amendment enforced against Schwarzenegger's ability to run for office in America. However, without it American politics has long been in jeopardy. In other words, infiltrated by foreign authority or powers.

This proposed amendment, according to the petition I read, was supposedly ratified in the year 1812. However, there is allegations of documented evidence that suggests that the original ratified title of nobility draft known as the 13th amendment was outright illegally stripped from the constitution. Many of the original makers of this particular amendment must have been ambushed in office and murdered for this to happen. Probably sometime during the War of 1812 which lasted until 1815; the second war with Britain for independence.

Currently the 13th amendment is recognized as the abolition of slavery which was ratified in 1865.

Anyway, it is interesting to know that the 13th amendment actually has two separate documented amendments, the only United States Constitution of its kind.
