Firoza Begum was a legendary musical artist from the subcontinent. He was born on 28 July 1930 in the village of Rhetil Ghanapara of Gopalganj. His father's name is Khan Bahadur Mohammad Ismail and mother's name Begum Kawakunnesa.

Firoza Begum took the training from Kazi Nazrul Islam. It is known that at the age of 10, Firoza Begum came to Nazrul and received training from him.

The first Nazrul music recorded by Firoza Begum came out in 1949. Firozha Begum took the arrangement to preserve the pure narrative and tune of musical music after the supplement became ill.
