Iceland First Supermarket To Go ‘Plastic-Free’
The major supermarket chain, which has 900 stores across the United Kingdom, aims to be ‘plastic-free’ within five years’ time in their bid to help end the ‘scourge’ of plastic pollution.

i read the news about the recent development in Iceland couple of days back..this is really a good development and a model for other states in Europe and indeed the E.U to build on moving forward. Well i am not really surprised that the Nordic states keep making giant strides towards Human Development. No wonder of the top 12 countries in the Human Development Index, four of them (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland) are all Nordic States, good one.
