WHAT IF?

undercover cops while surveilling another person see a black guy roll a joint . Instead of sending a identifiable marked car over .a bunch of white guys run up screaming (which cant be made out as windows are up and radio is on) so in self defense the pothead pulls a gun . the white(robbers) run away . They then return with identifying equiptment on and the man gets out and on tape doesn't point a weapon but clearly still doesn't understand why defending himself? is now his death?   

Now look at the fact that they even admit that is what started the confrontation a group of people on survelence purposely not looking like cops go and act cop like Without the magic suits looks like robbery ?
