They're going to do that in Canada after legalization. It's basically only accurate enough to detect general cannabis users and NOT intoxication. So there'll be checkpoints all over trying to find non-intoxicated cannabis users and remove their children, possessions and their rights. And even if you're not a cannabis user...there's still random police check-points all over. Welcome to the police state.
