There is a theory going around about why Joy Reid is acting the way she is in this controversy. When earlier controversial posts emerged Joy Reid wrote about, Joy meet with MSNBC executives and was asked if there were any other post that could emerge that might make Joy look bad and Joy said no. When this came out, Joy had to lie about the posts or Joy was afraid she would be fired from MSNBC because of what Joy said earlier that no other posts would come out. This is just a theory and may not be true at all. It's possibly Joy Reid is just not being smart here.
