The FBI releases a video of a person planting two bombs near Congress.
The FBI has released new videos which investigators say show the suspect planted two homemade bombs on the eve of riots in the Congress building in January. Stephen De Antonio, deputy director in charge of the FBI's field office in Washington, DC, said the bombs were real and could have exploded resulting in casualties, and that "we need the public's help to identify the person responsible for the placement of these two homemade bombs, "To make sure he doesn't harm himself or anyone else."
