Disturbing!! Wow...thank you for this MASSIVE article, I had ZERO clue about any of this, and I am not shocked at Canada's involvement either...I definitely agree the motive is to weaken Russia. Thank you for raising my awareness.
No problem. Thank you for your support. It is seems quite a major issue that isn't really spoken about. I think this is just the tip of the iceberg as well. These DoD funded labs are all over the world not just in the Ukraine.
