Outstanding material. Thanks for piecing together so much information which sheds new light on recent and not so recent events. I've always had a feeling that some of the shootings bear the mark of some type of MKUltra program, but I never thought about the kind of technology you mention.
Many years ago, when I was working as a journalist, I remember writing about this kind of weapons, capable of inducing great pain to the enemy, make them wet themselves. It must have been a DARPA project. The problem is when you hear something like that it seems so outlandish, so sci-fi you tend to dismiss it. That's a mistake, clearly.

Indeed those are directed energy weapons the military released the heat ray a few years ago and now they are working Electromagnetic weapons the Navy displayed a gatling gun a few years ago. Much of the technology suppressed is in the military industrial complex but when the Electrogravitic technology comes out the MIC is going to have some explaining to do. DARPA is one huge research arm of the CIA.
DARPA, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman have really advanced technologies which are very often much more advanced than what they publicly reveal on their website.

But tools are basically neutral even if you can not do something else than destroy things with dew for example, it at least provide comnercials and industries a plethora of usefull inventions that we use in our everyday's life such as the internet or the microwave.
i was shocked to learn abt Gaustad, going to look into that. im Norwegian and didnt know, that is shameful..
