US police overpowering again controversial ... 'Electric shock' to unarmed students

In Atlanta, Georgia, two police officers were controversial using an electric shocker against a male and female college student who participated in protests against the death of George Floyd, a black man.

According to Fox News, the man and woman were college students and boarded a car in downtown Atlanta on the night of the 30th of last month.

Two police officers found the students and let them get out of the car before using an electric shocker. The two students who were arrested were detained in the police station and released the next day.

After the incident was announced, two police officers using an electric shocker were fired, and three other police officers involved in the case remained in office until the disciplinary level was decided.

"We know police officers work long hours under tremendous stress, but they never tolerate excessive force," Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms said at a news conference.

Later, the police officers stated that both students thought they were armed and used an electric shocker. The driver said he thought he was pulling out the gun because he was holding the right pocket.
