Whats grinding my gears...

Why on some exchanges like yobit are these minimum withdraw or sell amounts when we should be able too do as we please with it. Im just not feeling that at all 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿. We need too change that to the people whom it may concern. I would highly appreciate it 😂 😂 😂
