Death of Avicii on 20th of April, 2018

Tim Bergling, also known as Avicii was found dead at the age of 28 in Muscat, Oman.

 

"It is with great sorrow that we must announce that Tim Bergling, known as the artist Avicii, is dead. He was in Muscat, Oman and was found dead during Friday afternoon local time." said the police in Oman.
However, not many pieces of information were given, respecting the family.

"The family is crushed and we ask you to show consideration and leave them alone in this difficult time."No more statements will be made"

 

The cause of death is currently unknown to the public.
There's a great chance that it was because of health reasons because he retired from live performances in 2016 after citing health.

Personal thoughts

While I didn't really know him as an artist, I always liked his music. If you liked him or not, I think it's clear to say that it's shocking to everyone that he died at only 28! God bless him...
