Schoolgirl's pregnant, rape case against uncle

The eighth grade rape victim has been accused of raping a mother-in-law. The girl is now accused of being pregnant for 33 weeks (about 8 months) due to the rape, the teenage family said. The incident took place in the Kachua Pukurpar area of ​​Kaliya Union under Sakhipur upazila of Tangail. On Friday night, around 9:30 pm, the girl's uncle filed a suit with the help of rape accused Sattma Rozina Akhter and rapist Satamama Hassan (19). The son of Abdur Rahim of Kachua Sainpara village of Hasan upazila. The girl who was raped in Kachua Wazedia Dakhil Madrasa of the upazila was still in the eighth grade, but she stopped going to school for almost four months after being pregnant.

According to the story of the girl, her family and the case, it is learned that her father has been in Saudi Arabia for a few years. Seven-eight years ago, leaving the girl, her mother went away and married. Then, four years ago, Father married Sattma Rozina. Because the man is not the man in the house, Rasina Akhter has been taking her brother home for a couple of years. If Hassan was alone in the house, then she asked for Rozina's daughter to stay in the maternal uncle's house on the pretext that she had 'bobay' in her dream.

The girl said, after sleeping one night, the rapist raped her. By taking advantage of this opportunity, the woman raped the girl occasionally, the mother-in-law. He did not listen to this regard even though he told his mother. There is a complaint that someone threatened to kill him by notifying the opposite girl. At one stage, she became pregnant. When the meeting started in the area, the girl was kept under house arrest.

The girl is now (33 weeks) as an 8-month pregnant (February 22) ultrasonogram confirmed by a local clinic doctor.

The girl's uncle complained that Hasan and his sister are not complaining about the matter for almost four months. Sadma Rozina has left her father with her younger brother (accused rapist) Hasan and left his father's house.

On the other hand, the accused has denied allegations against journalists claiming that the girl's cats are conspiring against her.

The girl's family claimed that, despite the intervention of the madrasa's board of directors, Eidhesh Shikdar, local residents tried more than once but there was no profit. Kachua Wazedia Dakhil Madrasa's Board of Directors, Eidrich Shikder and the Superintendent of Madrasah confirmed the closure of the school for four months due to her pregnancy.

The girl is also worried about her future with her unborn child. He says, what happened to what could not be understood; I want to live, I want to read, you cooperate, because of this mother's demanding that gentleman's justice, the girl said.

Asked about the matter, Officer-in-Charge of Sakhipur Police Station Nazmul Haque Bhuiyan told the reporter that on Friday night, a case was filed with the uncle and the daughter of the girl.

He said that the girl is being sent to Tangail General Hospital for medical examination in connection with the intestines, trying to arrest the accused.
