RE: Police Obtained Warrants Demanding Info On All Google Users Near Four Crime Scenes
You know they say if you don't have anything to hide you don't have to worry .
I hate this argument.
It is a total infringement on our right to privacy. I care about my privacy not because I am doing something illegal, but because it is no ones business what I am doing. That is our God given right and no government can take that away from us.
The reality is that under the uS constitution they don't have the right to do these open warrants.
Until the citizens understand the law and fight back it will only get worse.
Everyone thinks the supreme court is the end all of every case but it is not. That is entirely wrong and not how the constitution intended things to be.
The end all is the "People"
Under the common law if there is no injured party "Corpus Delicti" there is no criminal case. If there is no contract there is no violation of civil law.
This is the only true law of the entire world.
All other law is "Color of Law' and is only enforceable because the masses submit.
BTW @johnvibes I do my best to not let Gaggle track me by using Ublock Origin, Blur and Duckduckgo. I never save cookies beyond a session, and don't keep history or use the cloud BS.
But truth be told there is no place to be free in the World Wide Web. A web is a trap to ensnare prey and we are all prey in the new world order of things.
Do you often wonder where the startup cash came for steemit? I think it is 100 percent NSA/ABC black box cash.
