Among those who had little vitamin D, however, taking a dietary supplement reduced the infection by a much more encouraging 50%.

Vitamin D provides the most protection against the flu. It is the most important vitamin today because of the amount of time we spend indoors and clothes we wear!

Every time I feel like I am getting the flu I use one of the following:

  • lemon + honey
  • garlic + milk + honey
  • fish for the breakfast(even the canned tuna)
    Additionally a spoon of olive oil(heard it is necessary to absorb vitamins).
