Firefox and user data
Firefox officially announces that about one percent of the Firefox downloads will in future include the add-on Cliqz, which already displays suggestions for web pages as they are typed in. For this purpose, it evaluates the surfing activities of all users.
Here, data protection should be used to check exactly what is stored and evaluated where. Mozilla promises that sensitive information will be removed before sending, no profiles of individual users will be created and IP addresses will be deleted. The add-on responsible for this is called Cliqz.

Would we be allowed to opt out of this intrusive software? The whole reason why I use Firefox is because it's anonymous and doesn't try to sell my browsing history.
Mozilla is good
