10% Reservetion In Jobs And Education Institutions For Economically Weak In India
Finally 10% reservation bill to give reservation to people who are economically weak has been passed by the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Parliament of India. Now when president of India will signature it,it will become a law already in the constitution.
In this 50% reservation 20% goes to SC ST,some 10 % goes to OBC another 20% goes to other lower caste in constitution of india. So in government jobs in the centre and state SC ST people SC ST OBC OBC people get preference in job.
In government education institution also above percentage of seat is reserved for SC, ST, OBC and other lower caste in India. Most of the population is General, it doesn't come under any caste. However SC,ST,OBC and lower caste population is very low.
So in comparison to it,the 50% reservation to them is injustice to the general people.In many entrance exams of government jobs,those people who come from SC, ST or lower caste get and easy entry in government jobs even if they got low marks.
However general people fight vigorously for the limited seat because half of a seat already captured by SC, ST and other lower caste. Common man is really suffering because of this SC, ST and lower caste law in the constitution of India.
