Jail officials received the bail order late on Friday night and needed time to check the documents, which delayed his release. Police justify arrest Hyderabad police justified Allu Arjun's arrest, saying his actions led to the unfortunate incident. Police said the crowd was under full control before Allu Arjun came out of his vehicle and waved at the people. His gesture prompted a large crowd to gather towards the main entrance of the theatre and his personal security team started pushing people away to make way for his vehicle. Police alleged that Allu Arjun's team was informed about the large number of people gathering but they did not take any action and the actor remained inside the theatre for over two hours.

Allu Arjun's reaction After being released from jail, Allu Arjun offered his condolences to the family of the deceased woman and called the incident "unfortunate". He said he is a law-abiding citizen and will cooperate with the authorities. Allu Arjun thanked his fans for their love and support and said that he is fine and there is nothing to worry about.
