that's whats up. I wonder why they chose to mix mushrooms into the meat rather than soy though. I feel like soy would be cheaper for them but i'm not sure. Before I went vegan I used to buy these frozen burger patties that were 50% beef and 50% soy they were bomb.
It might be that soy is a pretty common allergy for people but thats just a guess on my part.

That's a good point, but mushroom is also a pretty common allergine.
