Alert! Republicans are going to...

Our good friend Paul Krugman, that award winning economist, has issued a dire warning to save us all. Apparently, the Republican tax plan is only going to lead to higher taxes! Just look at the "proof":

As I told a friend recently,
"Well, I guess we better elect more Democrats, right? After all, they've done such a great job ending wars, closing Gitmo, cutting spending, limiting corruption, reducing taxes, being transparent, overhauling the tax code, and returning our lost (stolen?) $10 trillion. For the same reason, I'm now supporting the Latin American drug cartels over the Russian mafia. To be sure, both are clearly working together to extort the masses and profit from violence, but the Latin American branch hired an artist to create a graph that "proved" their associates in Russia were simply not doing a very good job. In other news, I heard the Federal Tax Code now exceeds 74,000 pages. I'm wondering what the Democrats and Republicans plan to do about that. My suspicion is they'll do nothing."

Take a look at the current tax code chart above. You'll notice in small print at the top that the pages of the tax code are only 6 x 9 inches as opposed to the normal 8.5 x 11 inches. Imagine that, 74,608 smaller sized pages. Well, at least they're TRYING to ease the pain.
