Users can now link their Alipay's (Ant Group owned mobile payment platform) account to the country's digital yuan app. This update is in response to China’s central bank digital currency project. Ant Group partnership becomes stronger as China’s central bank is using the firm’s mobile app development environment to create digital yuan-linked apps. Subhash Chandra Garg, Former finance secretary have advised the government not to ban cryptocurrency but to allow it and put regulations around it. Geometric Energy Corporation announced that Elon Musk’s SpaceX will launch the “DOGE-1 Mission to the Moon” in the first quarter of 2022. SpaceX will accept DOGE as full payment for the lunar payload. SpaceX Confirmed this with an email.
