In a remarkable achievement , India gets new
UNESCO world heritage site "The Victorian Gothic and art deco ensemble of Mumbai ".

The decision was taken at 42nd session of the world heritage committee of UNESCO at Manama ,Bahrain .

The Victorian Gothic and art deco ensemble of Mumbai is a collection of 19th century Victorian Neo Gothic public buildings and 20th century Art deco buildings in the fort area of Mumbai.

It is the 37th UNESCO world heritage site of India.
