ya, he maybe doesn't want to play with fire.. like however small the chance that he would lose, he'd hate to give Trump that satisfaction.. plus the people of Utah may be polarized in support of Trump at this point and rejecting it could play poorly (like they might not really appreciate the backbone aspect relative to not supporting the party or the country or whatever) and introduce some possibility of losing
I hear you for sure.. oddities of politics I guess..
