Apparently this video was created using Fake App, a tool used for creating photorealistic face videos with deep learning.

It's a powerful message to prevent people from believing everything they see / hear on the internet.

Buzzfeed suggests the following methods to not be fooled by deepfake videos.

1. Don't jump to conclusions
2. Consider the source
3. Check where else it is online
4. Inspect the mouth
5. Slow it down

Considering this is 'deepfake', I predict it'll become much worse as time goes on. Always be vigilant when online everyone!
