Blockchain & Bourbon: FUD, Fame, and Forks
Blockchain and Bourbon is a weekly livestream hosted by the makers of The Creative Crypto Magazine, covering the latest and greatest in crypto-empowered creativity.
B & B Recap [Click Image Above to Watch]
During last week’s cast, we did a comprehensive overview of the major happenings of early May. We covered significant topics including the reveal of McAfee’s paid tweets, Coinmarketcap’s April Fools’ lambo joke, Forbes’ coverage of the @hardfork-series, and the integration of blockchain in Line’s messaging app. For this episode, we enjoyed a glass (or two) or Von Brunt Stillhouse’s Bourbon.
Each week, we’ll be streaming a new episode of Blockchain & Bourbon on Friday with a variety of topics, themes, and special monthly interviews. If you have any topics you’d like covered, let us know in the comments or on our Facebook page. Read about the official announcement and roadmap here.
Next Up, Decentralized Video
Tomorrow will be our next broadcast at 4pm EST. We’ll be discussing Decentralized Monetization of Video Content and focusing on applications like @dlive and @dtube for audiences new to the Steem blockchain. We’ll be experimenting with the applications ourselves, using the popular RIZE app, built on the PROPS Project by YouNow, as well as streaming to our TCC audience on Facebook to draw more people into the Steem blockchain. We’ll upload a polished version of the stream on @dtube just as we did today for last week’s stream.
RIZE and PROPS spotlighted us on their latest newsletter. Sign up for future announcements here.
We hope you’ll join us tomorrow! We’ll be taking questions live after the main discussion.

this will be my valuable time watching your videos, i hope it is worth 1m to learn from your experiences and ideas. looking forward to your videos @creativecrypto :)
As someone running my own show on steemit also...I totally dig this.
I hope we are starting a trend.
Where are you guys out of?
I'd love to have you on #HotsOrShots
Hey @jonny-clearwater, thanks for the kind words. We're based in Brooklyn. #HotsorShots is awesome! We'd absolutely be down to collab somehow - maybe virtually or someday when we pass through Florida / Louisiana.
Florida is my home.
If you're ever this way just give me notice and we will set it up...otherwise, I can assure you I'll be taking the show to NY in the foreseeable future.
So we will find a time soon enough
Awesome, I'm sure we'll be crossing paths soon then :)
Amazing work as usual @sndbox team! This kind of videos really makes my day.... Just enjoyable!
Great @creativecrypto, educating the newbies in steemit blockchain is a wonderful idea and a great way of encouraging them as well because knowledge is power.
I am super proud of all the activities that @sndbox and @creativecrypto are fully involved with to make the blockchain creative and educative. I will sure join the broadcast at 4pm and gather some more knowledge because no knowledge is a waste.
I'll be expecting you guys to do the moonwalk in tomorrows video. #yougotsthis
I'm ready for watching the next streaming tomorrow.
It could be nice to have some guests there too, in the next weeks.
great job guys!

Great, we have formed a team of audiovisual creators to contribute content in Steem through platforms such as dtube and dlive, we hope to be able to contribute something valuable for the community soon.
this topic is very interesting, even though I have been on the platform for several months now I have not tried any other platform besides steemit, I feel that I have so much to learn that I feel like a diaper! so I hope to learn a little more with you, I hope the language allows it, thanks for this kind of contribution so necessary today :)
“Bourbon, Kentucky bourbon especially, is like Dante’s Inferno in a glass, fire walks down your throat, lungs, and heart and everything in between with an unpleasant after-taste. We got along just fine.”
