Saturday was a good one even though it all feels more like variance this time is going my way instead of actually having a big edge. I will proceed with caution on the 2 matches today.
Sint-Truiden vs Cercle Brugge
Stvv if anything legitimised their strong start with an excellent 1st half away against AA Gent not holding back and taking a fully deserved 0-2 lead after just 15 minutes. Similar to matches before they had a much more difficult time in the 2nd half which is an angle to take into consideration. Cercle so far partly managed to confirm the hype with 2 wins and 2 losses each of those matches going under 2.5 goals. I do see them as a team that should end above Stvv over the course of the season and them being the -0.25 away favorite kind of makes sense along with the total line that is set at 2.5. My lean is on the over but I need to see more before actually pulling the trigger. Stvv should once again be willing to play even though it probably is smarter against Cercle to try and play on the counters.

Anderlecht vs Charleroi
Anderlecht showed some good signs last week with some of the new signings proving to bring something extra. They played an excellent 1st half against Westerlo but failed to finish in when they had the chance ending them with just a narrow 1-goal win. Overall the streak is good after they took a 9 on 9 (which had luck on their side) but I feel they remain a team that can outright lose from anyone having a collective off-day. Charleroi so far took 3 points which all came from draws. (0-0 / 1-1 / 1-1 against Genk / Standard / OHL) while they lost deserved with 2-0 away against Cercle. The under has done well on them going 4W-0L. I do expect a match picture where Anderlecht takes all the initiative forward while Charleroi crawls back and lures on the counter. So far, I only took a 100$ Crypto bet on
Anderlecht 1H Corners -0.5 @ 1.690 over at
Rollbit with an eye to take more in-game possibly.
